The whole evolution of getting our front and back porch coated was great! Ninja coatings kept me informed of when they would arrive and who would be doing the work. I was told Paul would be doing the work and would arrive between 7 and 8 am. Paul arrived about 7:15 and immediately got to work, completing the application on both porches by about 5pm. The porches look fantastic! Its only been a couple of days so we have yet to fully experience the benefits of the coating over bare concrete but we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I ever get my garage cleaned out, might have them coat it...

We really like like the resurfaced patio area. The composite feels great on the feet. The install team was extremely professional and courteous. The crew showed up on time and completed my garage in 4-1/2 hours! Did the grinding, vacuum, patchwork, finishing the patches, and applied the product and finish coat complete! Did an awesome job! I have to wait 24 hours before I walk on it and 48 hours before heavy vehicles or equipment can be placed on it. Hopefully it performs as well as the installation.

The flooring came out nice after it was installed we weren’t able to walk over it for 48 hours. I noticed that they wore special shoes which allowed them to walk over the floor. Once the time was up, I went and looked over the flooring. I noticed one area which had a sagging and I immediately called the sales person, whose name was Jonathan. He asked for a picture and I sent him the photos. He acknowledged that he seen the pictures, however he never got back with us or said anything about coming back to correct the situation. Upon them doing the work. He reiterated that they stand behind their work 100%. I tried it. We should back out again and I did not get an answer. On Saturday just passed during a heavy rain. Oh, I’ve seen where there was a puddles in that area of water went from the rain.

This is not the first job and will not be the last. As always, great job!! Shout out to the entire team for another great project. Highly recommended!!

We upgraded our garage floor with epoxy coating, and the results exceeded expectations. The team prepared the surface thoroughly before applying the finish. The project took two days, including curing time. Compared to bare concrete, the floor is now easier to clean and looks much more polished. It’s a practical upgrade that makes the space feel more complete.

First class job quality. Robert and his assistant, I'm bad with names but I remember he was from Westwego, arrived just a few minutes late because he drove all the way from New Orleans, and I have experienced how bad the traffic can be on I-10, no problem. The fact that they came from NOLA and I was scheduled for Monday, they were early. They started prepping the room with Robert doing the concrete grinding around the perimeter. It was quite obvious through the entire job that Robert had done this hundreds of times before. I didn't really watch them all that much, I was doing my own work on the computer. When I went out to see the finished job, it looked perfect. After I was able to walk on the floor the next day, I examined the edge up against the brick wall and some built in cabinets. It came out flawless. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone looking to do a high quality garage floor. I had done an epoxy kit myself around 8 years ago, it was coming up in spots. The difference between the Rustoleum Kit and the Ninja coating is stark. You don't get a real feel for how elegant it is until you get to walk on it the next day. I have not gotten the product applied to my garage yet. I will update the review once the have completed the process. The sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable with the product. I told him what I wanted and he did not try to pressure me into anything that I did not want. The sales process was 5 stars however, I'm giving 4 until the job is done. UPDATE: The job has been completed, I could not be happier with the finished product. My front porch and walkway, Lanai, and my garage look great. I am going to add another project eventually which will be my entire driveway to match the garage. This was great. I recommend them to anyone that is looking to beautify and upgrade your garage.

Our project included covering a relatively new concrete deck and a very old front porch and all verticals concrete sides. The techs arrived on time and performed their jobs in a workman like manner. Upon arrival they reviewed the process with us and reminded us of curing times associated with walking on the treated surfaces. They were very knowledgeable about the process and answered all our questions. Before they arrived we had the deck surfaces cleared of all objects and we used our blower to remove dirt, dust and debris from the surfaces. They brought a portable generator and supplied all the electrical power needed for their surface cleaner and their vacuum cleaner. The deck surfaces look great and our front porch deck looks better than ever. As soon as our package of “+” cut tennis balls arrive, the furniture will be moved back upon the deck.

Our Ninja Concrete Coating for our garage and back patio was completed yesterday. It was a “one day” job. The installation crew were awesome. The explained everything and quickly got to work! I had fun taking pictures and videos of the entire installation process. They were extremely professional in dealing with existing surface cracks, etc. The final product is so awesome! The crew of two used a grinder to scuff up my previously coated epoxy floor, followed by paint and chips, then lastly the top coat. Had it done in less than 3 hours (20x20 garage). It looks amazing!! Can’t say enough good about Ninja Flooring, both their product and service are amazing. Well worth the price. If you have a minor issue like we did, they were very prompt and professional in taking care of it. In our case, parts of the floor along the wall hadn’t completely set after a few days. I called them and it was fixed the next morning. They didn’t try to invoice me until the job was complete and we were happy with it. Excellent work! Now we have to paint our ugly walls.

Ninja Coating was applied to my garage floor a little over two weeks ago. Since then, I’ve had cars pulling in and out, I’ve dropped heavy tools, and even moved a car around with four-wheel dollies. The coating has even held up under my 4 ton floor jack with steel wheels rolling across it and raising a vehicle. They said the coating was really tough and they are correct. Yes, I would recommend and I will use them again.

Adam did a fantastic job presenting the product and providing the advantages of it. While he was here he showed us how it would be cost efficient to do the front porch along with the garage and back porch. Now we are excited to get it done and can't wait to see the finished project.

Our screened in porch - 10'x60' - was coated 2 years ago. The color and texture are the same now as the day of installation. We love it! When coating the porch, one of the workers accidentally bent our screen door. Ninja Coatings promptly paid for a new one to be installed. That's GREAT customer service!
